Great skiing and breakfast buffet, amazing onsen We recently went on a skiing trip and had a great time. the skiing was fantastic with a lot of variety both for beginners and experienced skiers. Two facts that we loved were the ski-in/ski-out access and the huge variety of runs available. the breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of different options. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the onsen. It was an amazing experience with stunning views, making it the perfect way to finish off a day on the slopes.
Limited dining options and far from the city the main downside was the limited dining options. the hotel only had one restaurant and it was quite expensive.

Great ski-in/ski-out location with easy access to ski field. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Natural hot springs onsen and spa area is a perfect end to a day of skiing.
Limited food options with only one restaurant in the hotel. Staff had difficulty speaking English and were not very helpful.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel and there were a few best aspects that made it even more special for me. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Not a speck of dust or dirt was found during my stay, which was absolutely impressive. Secondly, the hotel facilities were great, especially the tube and sled rentals that were provided for free. It was the perfect activity for kids who wanted to play in the snow. Thirdly, the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was conveniently close to a ski lift and easy to access to Hakuba town by public transport. Additionally, there were several restaurants and breakfast places close by which made it easy and convenient to grab a bite to eat.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like during my stay at the hotel or in this city.

If you're looking for a hotel with easy access to restaurants and public transport to Hakuba station, this hotel is a great choice. It's also conveniently close to a ski lift, which is a plus. the rooms are comfortable with well-furnished bathrooms, and the staff provide helpful service. Start your day with a huge and tasty breakfast buffet and enjoy the view of the stunning Japanese countryside from your room. Don't miss the onsen and hot mineral spring spa area.
Some guests have reported that the location is isolated and may be inconvenient to explore the surrounding areas.
